deClermont Consulting is a woman-owned consulting firm specializing in preparation for federal government audits, compliance with FAR, DFAR Supplements, and OMB Uniform Guidance plus other administrative services for federal government contractors (GovCon) and grantees.
The firm's name originates from a novel written by the Founder's father, Edwin J. Beck, in the 1950's. He was an inspiration for everything she's done and when deciding on a business name, this was the most appropriate dedication to a man who inspired her throughout her life.
With a team of experts possessing years of experience in both industry and government, deClermont Consulting brings valuable insight to clients. Additionally, the firm offers a suite of services, including Rate Structure Analysis, annual Budget Rate development, preparation of Incurred Cost Submissions, and audit liaison support, including pre-audit preparation.

What We Do
We provide consulting services for all stages of compliance with an emphasis on proactive goals. From the essential documentation of policies, procedures, Business system manuals and CAS disclosure statements, to detailed compliance reviews and assessment reports for DFARS Business Systems criteria.
